Upon purchase, you will get instant access to our resource hub and video tutorials to help you get started with content preparation and Squarespace.
Within 48 hours, you will receive an invitation to accept your new template. The template will be installed as a new website to your account with a 6-month free trial.

All templates are specifically designed to work only on Squarespace 7.1 and are not compatible with Squarespace 7.0, Wix, Wordpress or Showit websites.

The template will be installed as a separate website within your Squarespace account. This means you'll have two distinct websites in your dashboard. You will need to manually transfer all your content to the new website.
If you have a significant number of blog posts and prefer to integrate the template into your current website, you can add a Template Installation Add-On at the checkout.
To install the template on an existing website, the new template style will overwrite the existing site styles, like colors and fonts. I’ll move all of your pages to the Not Linked section. The website will look just like the purchased template. Please note that this is a manual process and it can take up to 48 hours. This service doesn’t include tweaking your existing content or any customization. Your website must be on the same version as the template (7.1).

Yes, once you are ready to launch your site, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan through Squarespace. You can view their current pricing plans here.
You also need to pay for your domain hosting. With an annual Squarespace subscription, you may get a free custom domain for the first year.

All of our template graphics are made in Canva, and you will receive links to access Canva templates. To get the best results, you may need to upgrade to a paid Canva version. Canva also offers a 30-day free trial.

If you don’t have a domain name for your business, you can set it up easily with Squarespace.
And if you’ve already got your domain, no worries, you will have access to Squarespace’s step-by-step instructions in our resource hub on how to seamlessly connect your domain to your website.

A business plan is not required but is highly recommended. Some of our template features won’t work on a personal plan (announcement bar, promotional pop-up, and code injections).

No worries. You don’t need any fancy tech skills to work on the template. Squarespace is a user-friendly platform with a drag-and-drop editor. Included with your purchased template, you will get access to our step-by-step video tutorials to teach you how to use Squarespace so that you can customize the template with confidence.

Absolutely, you have the freedom to customize every aspect of the template, from fonts and colors to layout and images.
We highly encourage you to use the template as a starting point and then make design edits to make it uniquely yours, reflecting your business's individual style and personality

Yes, Squarespace provides a user-friendly built-in e-commerce store feature for your website, and you can seamlessly add it to any template.
You can easily add more pages or duplicate any existing pages. You’re not limited to what you have on the template.

If you already bought a Squarespace annual billing plan, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the first payment.
If it’s past 14 days, you can switch your plan to monthly payments and then contact Squarespace support for a prorated refund for the time remaining on your plan.
You can then point the domain to the new site or go to Squarespace support chat and they can assist you with moving your domain over to the new site.

Every purchase includes one commercial license for one website.
You do not have permission to re-sell or re-distribute this template. Copying, sharing or making new websites with this template is NOT ALLOWED.
If you are a web designer, you are allowed to use this template for a client project. You will need to purchase a new license for each website you build.

Squarespace is the perfect choice for small business owners because it offers a user-friendly, all-in-one platform that eliminates the hassles of managing plugins, updates, and security (unlike Wordpress). With its drag-and-drop features and built-in convenience, Squarespace empowers you to focus on your business, not your website.

Payments are broken into 2 parts. First, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit due upfront to secure your spot in my design calendar. Then, the remaining 50% is due when the project is completed and before the launch call so that I can transfer the ownership to you.

You MUST have your website content (images and copy) ready before the project start date. If the content is not ready, I cannot start the design and the project will need to be rescheduled.
Once your project is booked, I’ll send you a homework pack for content collection. You'll find a brief questionnaire about your business, guidance on gathering images and copy and getting your domain. If you ever need help with any of these, I'm here to help!

You’ll need to pay for a Squarespace subscription plan. Check out the pricing here. When you choose to work with me, you'll be eligible for an exclusive 20% discount on your Squarespace plan during the first year.
You’ll also need a domain name. If you don’t have one, you can get one for free from Squarespace for the first year.
(Note: these costs are not included in my design package).

If you need support or have any technical questions, Squarespace provides 24/7 technical support and a comprehensive 'Knowledge Base' packed with helpful resources.
If you ever require further edits after our project or any website updates, I can complete website related tasks at my hourly rate.

It can be very useful for you to book your project about 2-3 weeks in advance. This will give you enough time to gather all your content you need and go through the homework to get started on the project.
